Core, Core Return, and Shipping Pod
Policy
- All cores should be returned assembled and must be the exact
type of engine you were sold. Disassembled cores must include all parts, or a missing
parts charge will apply. Cores must be drained of all fluids and the oil filter removed.
There may be a charge for engine cores returned with fluids, or oil.
- All cores must be returned within 10 days of our invoice date
for full credit. After 20 days only a partial credit may be given. All improper or damaged
cores may have core damage charges assessed.
- Core credits will only be determined after we examine the
core. Cores will usually be checked within 5 days of receiving the core. You will then be
notified of the condition of the core and refunds will be mailed usually within 10 days.
- Our engines are sold on an exchange basis and a core deposit
is not a core sale. In most cases, the core value is much more than the damage deposit.
- When possible a reusable shipping pod will be used to insure
a safe delivery and a clean core return. When the pod is returned with the enginecore, the
pod deposit fee of $125.00 will be refunded. If the engine is shipped on a pallet there is
no deposit fee required.
